Shipping

Since some orders might be made-to-order, the estimated time for receiving it can vary from 1-6 weeks. However, if the product is in stock, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with the tracking number to be able to follow the parcel.

The shipping time is an estimate and an approximation, as the shipping is carried out by third-party companies and cannot be guaranteed by us. Delivery is considered complete once the buyer or their representative has taken possession of the item.

Shipping fees

The shipping cost is calculated depending on your destination. The approximate cost for shipping within EU is €20. All other shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable upon product return.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees. These charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If the item(s) does not fit or you simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it.

All items must be returned in their original unused condition, with their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage on the items you are sending back.

Your return will be refunded within 14 days of the package's arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing the order.

We can't accept returns or claims of Fiveten items bought from other retailers or second hand sites/websites. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged.

How to cancel your order

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it directly from your account:

  1. Log in to your account at fivetenofficial.com/account
  2. Go to your orders and select the order you want to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel order" and follow the steps

How to return an item

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked:

  1. Log in to your account at fivetenofficial.com/account
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you want to return
  3. Click "Request return", select the items, and submit
  4. We'll be in touch with next steps

Return fees

Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged (200 kr for the return shipping in Sweden and €20 for rest of the world). Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.
